You can now easily submit (and check the status of) bugs, issues and suggestions right within karmaCRM. If you browse to the help menu (top right of the header), you’ll now see a few options. These will toggle the messages sidebar, where you can submit your questions. As long as you submit your feedback through this side menu, you’ll also be able to see a running history of all conversations we’ve had together. You can access this history by pressing the “Show My Tickets” menu item. KarmaCRM will be moving to a new data center on Saturday, January 17 beginning at 10am EST. We are allowing for a 24 hour window for the data center move, but expect things to go a lot quicker than that. During this time, your karmaCRM accounts will not be accessible. Switching data centers will allow us to provide faster, more reliable services to you in 2015 and beyond. We don’t expect any issues during this transition.
