To help you find any record within karma quickly, we’ve designed a sitewide search bar. It’s designed to get you to the details you need quickly. With sitewide search, you can scope your search by the type of record you are looking for to speed things up even further. Once your record has pulled up, you can either open the record itself or edit it directly from within the sitewide search.

Karma allows you to perform inline editing all across the entire program, using either a grid or show view. This will help you to reduce the navigating you have to do, while simultaneously speeding up the updating process. This feature helps you ensure that your data is always accurate and up-to-date, and makes it easy for you to do so no matter what screen you may be working in. Edits are saved automatically – no need to make all of your changes and click on a Save button to ensure your edits go through.

We believe in allowing you to make karmaCRM your CRM instead of ours. Our system is designed to wrap quite nicely around your sales and business processes, instead of us forcing you to change yours. This principle lies at the core of every design and development decision we make.

Because our focus is CRM, we’d rather partner up with all the other products you use and love instead of compete with them. We understand that you may want to use Mailchimp for email, karma for sales, and Zendesk for support. To simplify your team’s day, we’ll connect the dots within karma through integrations and 2-way syncing to streamline things. This allows you to leverage the full power of these 3rd party tools for what they do really well (like Mailchimp’s newsletter builder), while keeping the rest of the daily workflow within karmaCRM.
